The Clayton County Public Schools Virtual Learning Program (VLP) invites parents and students in grades 6–12 who are interested in attending the Virtual Learning Program for the 2026–2027 school year to attend one of our upcoming Virtual Interest Meetings.

These informational sessions will provide families with an overview of the VLP program, expectations for students, and the enrollment process for the upcoming school year.

During the meeting, families will learn about:

• How the Virtual Learning Program works

• Student expectations and accountability in a virtual learning environment

• Academic support available to VLP students

• Technology and course platforms used for instruction

• Important steps for students interested in enrolling for the 2026–2027 school year

We invite you to participate in our Virtual Parent-Teacher Conference on Monday, March 16, from 8:00 AM to 3:25 PM. This conference is an opportunity for you to connect with your student’s teachers, discuss academic progress, and receive support strategies to help your student succeed.

EOC SUCCESS CAMP & ACADEMIC SUPPORT DAY

Prepare • Practice • Succeed

The EOC Success Camp & Academic Support Day is designed to help students prepare for upcoming End-of-Course (EOC) assessments and provide additional academic support for students who need help in their current classes.

Students will receive targeted instruction, tutoring, and guided practice to strengthen their understanding of course content and improve their academic performance.

Date: March 25th

Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Students can start arriving at 8:15 am
